In 1996 Steve Wallace launched his first business Active Wireless, an Authorized Clearnet Dealer.  He was taking a year off from Western University at the time and working with his dad.  The company expanded to Vancouver in 1998 and Wallace was off to build his company and new home in Western Canada.

 

Wallace Capital since then has participated in a wide variety of businesses, from spending time learning about Franchising, to acquiring and selling businesses in manufacturing, high end luxury retail and even participated in a public company which allowed Wallace to be present at the ringing of the bell on The Nasdaq.

 

The focus at Wallace is now on acquiring small to medium size business, real estate and consulting with other Entrepreneurs to help them grow or exit their business.  The most recent launch of Better Business Brokers is dedicated to working with business owners looking for ways to exit their business, whether it’s finding them a buyer or a strategic partner, Wallace’s team of professionals work diligently to ensure the process is easy and as successful as possible.
